Your role as Assessment Team Manager:

  • Lead and manage a team of 10 delivering high-quality 20-week assessments
  • Drive performance and service delivery, ensuring targets and standards are met
  • Provide supervision, coaching and support to develop team capability
  • Oversee case quality and compliance, maintaining best practice standards
  • Act as a key link between operational delivery and senior leadership

Your experience as Assessment Team Manager:

  • Proven experience as an Assessment Team Manager within a Local Authority setting
  • Strong background in managing frontline assessment teams
  • Excellent knowledge of statutory frameworks and assessment processes
  • Ability to drive performance, quality assurance and team development
  • Confident leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
