Your Role as Housing Programme Manager
- Lead the procurement and selection of a new Housing and Repairs Management System
- Drive the implementation and successful delivery of the chosen solution
- Provide expert knowledge of housing management and repairs services
- Lead change management activities and embed new ways of working across services
- Deliver strategic leadership while engaging senior stakeholders, suppliers and project teams
Your Previous Experience as Housing Programme Manager
- You must have significant experience working within social housing services
- You must also have a strong background in procuring and implementing housing management or repairs systems
- Proven programme and project management expertise on large-scale transformation projects
- Experience leading organisational change and service improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver results under challenging timescales
