Your Role as Principal Service Lead, Provider Services
- Provide strategic leadership across fostering, residential provision, placements and children with disabilities services.
- Drive quality, performance and continuous improvement across services.
- Lead on safeguarding excellence, statutory compliance and inspection readiness.
- Champion the voice of children and young people and embed excellent corporate parenting.
- Develop strong partnerships across health, education, police and wider system partners to deliver outstanding outcomes and value for money.

Your Previous Experience as Principal Service Lead, Provider Services
- Qualified Social Worker with substantial Children's Social Care leadership experience.
- Proven track record of delivering service improvement in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of fostering, residential services, placements and disability services.
- Experience leading large-scale operational services with a focus on performance and safeguarding.
- A visible, authentic and ambitious leadership style with the ability to build high-performing partnerships and teams.
