Your role as Assistant Director – Home First and Provider Services:
- Lead strategic direction and transformation across hospital discharge, reablement, OT, and provider services
- Drive integration with NHS partners to deliver seamless, high-quality care pathways
- Oversee performance, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance across complex services
- Inspire and lead a large, multidisciplinary workforce to achieve outstanding outcomes
- Manage a £12m budget, ensuring value for money and robust governance
Your experience as an Assistant Director – Home First and Provider Services:
- Proven track record leading large-scale adult social care services and transformation programmes
- Strong experience of integrated health and social care delivery within complex systems
