Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and optimisation of the ContrOCC system to enhance performance.
- Own payment process design, ensuring accuracy and alignment with workflows.
- Conduct detailed system reviews, identifying gaps and inefficiencies.
- Implement practical improvements aligned with statutory and operational needs.
- Collaborate closely with Liquidlogic, finance teams, and operational managers.
Experience & Qualifications
- Hands‑on expertise configuring and managing ContrOCC systems.
- Strong understanding of Children in Care financial processes and workflows.
- Ability to diagnose system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Experience with Liquidlogic systems (LCS alignment essential).
- Confident stakeholder engagement across technical and operational teams.
