Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering high-quality housing services? To report into the Director of Housing Management, we are seeking a Head of Housing Management to lead and develop key services, including anti-social behaviour management, tenancy sustainment, tenancy checks, and environmental improvements.

About the Head of Housing Management role:

  • Collaborate across departments and work closely with senior leaders to support the development and delivery of council services.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of housing management services for residents, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead on anti-social behaviour initiatives, tenancy sustainment programs, and environmental improvements to enhance community well-being.

Your previous experience as a Head of Housing Management:
