To report into the Director of Housing Management, we are seeking a Head of Housing Management to lead and develop key services, including anti-social behaviour management, tenancy sustainment, tenancy checks, and environmental improvements.
About the Head of Housing Management role:
- Collaborate across departments and work closely with senior leaders to support the development and delivery of council services.
- Oversee the design and implementation of housing management services for residents, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
