Baltimore Consulting is seeking an experienced Service Manager for a newly created Children in Care service on the South Coast. 3 Month Contract (potential extension) at £450 per day Inside IR35 via umbrella, with hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office).
Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead Team Managers and Assistant Team Managers, drive high-quality assessments and reunification practice, and build multi-agency partnerships to improve outcomes for children in care.
