Are you an experienced Special School leader ready to take on a high-profile role? As Head of Service & SEND Advisory and Training Service (SENDATS), you will lead a multidisciplinary team of over 100 professionals, oversee an £8m budget and drive strategic SEND provision for a Special Childrens Centre
Your Role as Head of Service & SEND Advisory and Training Service (SENDATS):
- Lead and develop 100+ specialist staff across SEND services
- Drive SEND strategy, service improvement and inclusion initiatives
- Manage performance, quality assurance and service delivery
- Oversee an £8m budget and ensure value for money
- Build strong partnerships across education, health and social care
Your Experience as Head of Service & SEND Advisory and Training Service (SENDATS):
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and degree-level qualification
- Senior leadership experience within SEND, education or specialist services
- Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and statutory responsibilities
- Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and organisational change
- Proven budget management and performance improvement expertise
