Are you an experienced Pre-Construction Manager with a strong background in the construction and housing refurbishment sector? This is a fantastic opportunity to drive operational excellence and contribute to successful project execution.

About the Head of Pre-Construction Delivery Manager role:

1. Lead the Pre-Construction phase of projects, ensuring all activities are strategically planned and executed efficiently.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand project requirements, expectations, and objectives.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company goals, coordinating managers and technical personnel across all project phases.
4. Oversee the procurement process for all project-related items and services, ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisitions.
5. Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and maintain comprehensive documentation for each project.

Your previous experience as a Head of Pre-Construction Delivery Manager:

1. A degree in a relevant field such as Construction/Building Management or Civil Engineering.
2. Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or housing refurbishment sector.
3. Strong expertise in Pre-Construction processes, including design, procurement, and planning.
4. Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
5. Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
6. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
