Baltimore Consulting is urgently seeking a Head of Service – Children in Care & Care Leavers for an initial 3–6 month contract in Nottingham. You will provide strong operational leadership to support and stabilize an established service, leading teams through challenging situations while focusing on delivery and resilience.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in children in care services and a Social Work qualification. The role offers hybrid working with a daily rate of £500–£550, inside IR35.
