Are you a senior education leader with a track record of driving improvement, transformation, and performance across complex services? This is an exciting opportunity to take on a high-profile leadership role within Children’s and Education Services, helping to shape strategy, influence key stakeholders, and improve outcomes for children and young people.
You will play a pivotal role in leading improvement programmes, strengthening partnerships with schools, and ensuring evidence-led decision-making sits at the heart of service delivery.
Your Role:
- Provide strategic leadership across education improvement, quality, and performance.
- Drive evidence-led decision making through data analysis, insight, and evaluation.
- Develop strong partnerships with schools, education leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Lead service improvement and transformation initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Champion innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across services.
Your Previous Experience:
- Senior leadership experience within education, children’s services, or local government.
- Proven success delivering quality improvement programmes and transformational change.
- Strong background in performance management, data analysis, and evaluation.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strategic partnerships.
- Experience leading high-performing teams within complex organisations.
