Your Role as Head of Service β Improvement, Assurance and Reforms (Principal Social Worker):

Your previous experience as Head of Service β Improvement, Assurance and Reforms (Principal Social Worker):
- Proven senior leadership experience within Adult Social Care
- Strong knowledge of Care Act legislation and CQC frameworks
- Demonstrable success delivering quality assurance and service improvement
- Experience managing performance, budgets, and strategic programmes
- Qualified Social Worker with extensive Local Authority experience
