Your Role as a Fire Risk Officer
- Lead on Fire Risk Assessments programmes, ensuring compliance and timely delivery
- Provide expert technical advice on fire safety legislation and best practice
- Manage and track fire safety actions and remedial works across housing stock
- Review fire safety designs and submissions, identifying risks and recommending solutions
- Conduct inspections and incident investigations, driving continuous safety improvements
Your previous experience as a Fire Risk Officer
- Strong background in Fire Safety Management within housing or similar environments
- Proven experience delivering Fire Risk Assessments, audits, and inspections
- In-depth knowledge of fire safety legislation, standards, and compliance frameworks
- Experience working with residents and stakeholders, influencing positive outcomes
- Solid understanding of building construction, including high-rise and complex assets
