- Senior SEND EHCP Officer
- Interim – 3 Months Initially (Possible Extension)
- North West England Fully Remote
- £315 per day – Inside IR35 (via umbrella)

As a Senior SEND EHCP Officer, you’ll manage a complex caseload, lead statutory processes and work closely with families, schools and partner agencies to secure positive outcomes for children and young people.
Reporting to the Team Manager, you’ll also play a key role in supporting colleagues and driving service improvement.
Your Role as Senior SEND EHCP Officer
- Manage a complex 0-25 SEND caseload across the EHCP process.
- Lead Annual Reviews, multi-agency meetings and mediation activity.
- Support tribunal preparation and statutory compliance.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to EHCP Officers and colleagues.
- Your Previous Experience as Senior SEND EHCP Officer
- Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and Children & Families Act 2014.
- Experience managing SEND casework within a local authority setting.
- Ability to handle complex cases and statutory deadlines.
- Experience working across multi-agency partnerships.
