Project Manager Children's Transformation
Initial 6-month interim contract

£500 per day umbrella (Inside IR35)

Following increased investment, our client is looking for an experienced PMO specialist with experience delivering Transformation across Children's Services. You will be responsible for leading a portfolio of programmes to drive service improvements within Children's Social Care working with senior leaders across the directorate.
Your Role as Project Manager Children's Transformation:
- Delivering Project Management end to end processes, working collegiately with leaders across Children's Services and fostering key relationships.
- Work in partnership with senior managers and staff to shape, manage and deliver the Improvement and Transformation Programme over the next 6 months.
- Ensure that the programme definition is clear, evidence based, ambitious and realistic.
- Produce performance management reports advising of programme progress and delivery.
- Ensure transparency in performance management with senior leadership and stakeholders across Children's Services.
- Foster exceptional relationships with stakeholders to deliver strong communication through the programme.
- Bring innovation and a level of challenge, based on evidence and examples of good practice and national evidence.
Your previous experience as Project Manager Children's Transformation:
- You must have previous experience working in Children's social care Transformation programmes.
- Evidence of successfully supporting and delivering transformation projects and programmes with technical PMO acumen and relevant Project Manager qualification.
- Evidence of working at pace and timeliness of delivery at a high quality.
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving to move forward Transformation programmes.
- Proven formal relationship and stakeholder management skills.
