Your role as a Registered Manager:
- Lead, inspire and develop a stable staff team within a solo provision setting
- Drive Ofsted compliance and quality standards, working towards Good and Outstanding outcomes
- Take full ownership of day‑to‑day operations and safeguarding practices
- Build positive relationships with young people, stakeholders, and internal leadership
- Support team development and succession planning, including Deputies stepping up
Your experience as a Registered Manager:
- Level 5 qualification and ability to meet Ofsted registration criteria
- Experience as a Deputy Manager ready to step up or an existing Registered Manager
- Strong knowledge of EBD and complex care environments
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance effectively
- Confident in inspection readiness and regulatory frameworks
You will benefit from a bonus of £500 for a Good inspection outcome and £1,000 for Outstanding, alongside the opportunity to grow within an organisation planning further expansion. The incoming Registered Manager will also benefit from a structured handover, ensuring you are set up for success from day one.
