A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Children's Residential Registered Manager who is passionate about delivering improved outcomes through programmes of change in a Residential Setting.
My client is looking for an experienced leader to support them in a 2 bedded Residential Home based within the community and with a specialist approach to Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.
About your role as Children's Residential Registered Manager:
- You will be required to complete the full Ofsted Registration and all processes surrounding this.
- Supporting with the Ofsted improvement agenda through leading/delegating responsibilities to support effective long-term change.
- Compliance including extensive knowledge of the regulations.
- Process management including staffing rota system, interim staff management during staff absence, staff supervisions, training and case file audits for children.
- Supporting recruitment and retention of staff – team culture.
- Leadership/behavioural change to align with routines and patterns to benefit the young people in the unit.
- Staff development including action plans, training sessions & materials, resource allocation, impact risk assessments for changes made.
Your required experience as Children's Residential Registered Manager:
- You will be an established senior leader with recent experience in a children's residential setting as a registered manager.
- Demonstrable background establishing long term embedded change to be child led whilst also demonstrating improved practice and outcomes in accordance with Ofsted regulations.
- Experience as Registered Manager within minimum 2x RM posts or 2 years' experience.
- Ability to identify positive outcomes or change within a Residential setting.
