Baltimore Consulting are currently supporting a Local Authority in the Midlands who are looking to recruit an Education Project Manager on an interim basis. You will be trusted to take ownership, bring pace and assurance, and keep multiple partners aligned across demanding DfE‑linked programmes. This role offers real influence, visibility with senior stakeholders, and the chance to shape outcomes that genuinely improve services for children and families.

Your role as the Education Project Manager:

  • Leading end‑to‑end delivery of complex LA Education and SEND‑related projects.
  • Driving progress across Local Area Partnership programmes and improvement activity.
  • Working closely with senior education and SEND leaders, holding delivery to account.
