We are supporting a London‑based public sector organisation with the appointment of an Interim Strategic Property Surveyor to provide senior‑level property and asset management expertise across a varied corporate estate.
This is an influential role working closely with senior leaders, supporting strategic decision‑making, asset optimisation and the delivery of high‑profile property activity.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic property advice to support corporate objectives and complex programmes
- Lead and support significant property and asset‑related projects across the organisation
- Review property performance and contribute to asset planning and portfolio optimisation
- Manage and progress a range of property transactions and disposals
- Support the development and delivery of longer‑term estate and asset strategies
- Contribute property expertise to wider organisational priorities such as regeneration, housing and service transformation
