Are you an experienced Senior Case Officer looking for your next interim opportunity? An exciting requirement has arisen for five Senior Case Officers to join a busy and high-performing team, supporting a growing caseload and providing vital guidance to colleagues across the service.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Senior Case Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining hands‑on case management with coaching and mentoring responsibilities. With immediate demand across the service, successful candidates will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact from day one.

Your Role as a Senior Case Officer:

• Manage a complex and varied caseload, ensuring matters are progressed effectively and within required timescales.
• Provide support and guidance to less experienced colleagues across the team.
• Mentor, coach and buddy new starters to help build capability and confidence.
• Contribute to service improvement through effective casework management and knowledge sharing.
• Support tribunal‑related work where required, providing professional expertise and oversight.

Your Previous Experience as a Senior Case Officer:

• Proven experience managing complex casework within a public sector or regulated environment.
• Strong mentoring, coaching or supervisory experience supporting developing staff.
• Ability to work independently whilst maintaining high‑quality outcomes.
• Experience dealing with tribunal processes or associated hearings is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
