Senior EHCP Officer 3-month interim contract to start January 2025 The Midlands £370 per day Inside IR35 (via umbrella) Hybrid working (2 days per week on site) CV's are being reviewed immediately and interviews will be taking place week commencing 16th December Reporting into the SEND Service Manager, you will be overseeing a team of 6-8 EHCP Officers. Your Role as Senior EHCP Officer:- Lead and coordinate SEN casework within a geographical area – including supervision and management of specialist caseworkers and EHCP officers Finalise Education Health and Care plans in co-production with parents/carers and young people, liaising with education settings, health agencies and social care as necessary Coordinate Annual Review processes monitoring progress, amending Education Health and Care plans and resourcing as necessary Contribute to the review and development of policy and practice for SEND Carrying out the casework associated with the statutory assessment process Your previous experience as Senior EHCP Officer:- An excellent working knowledge of SEND & relevant legislation An ability to work to deadlines Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills You must have proven experience within a LA setting You will have both early years and PfA experience If you meet the above criteria and would like to apply for this role, please email your updated CV to (url removed) or call Sarah Williams on (phone …
