Are you an experienced Senior Campaigns Officer looking for an opportunity to lead a high-profile behaviour change programme that will make a visible impact across local communities? As Senior Campaigns Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative campaigns that encourage residents, businesses and community groups to take pride in their environment, helping to create cleaner, greener neighbourhoods through insight-led communications and engagement strategies.

Your Role as Senior Campaigns Officer:

• Lead the delivery of a major behaviour change campaign focused on community pride and environmental responsibility
• Develop and implement multi-channel communications strategies using audience insight and segmentation
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, residents and community groups to maximise engagement
• Utilise recognised behaviour change frameworks, social media and OOH marketing techniques
• Monitor campaign performance through data, evaluation and reporting to drive continuous improvement

Your Previous Experience as Senior Campaigns Officer:

• Proven track record delivering successful behaviour change campaigns within local government or the public sector
• Strong stakeholder management and communications skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences
• Experience using data, audience insight and evaluation to improve campaign effectiveness
• Knowledge of environmental services including waste, recycling, street cleansing or parks
• Experience operating within a politically sensitive environment and managing competing priorities
