This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuinely autonomous leadership role where you will build something meaningful from the ground up for a newly opened Children’s Residential provision.
As Residential Children’s Homes Manager, you will take full ownership of a brand-new multi-home service, recruiting and shaping your own team and setting the standard for outstanding, child-centred care. You will have responsibility for multiple homes, a significant operational budget and direct accountability for quality, compliance and outcomes for children with complex needs.

You will be accountable for the day-to-day and strategic leadership of two registered children’s homes, ensuring they operate safely, compliantly and with warmth, stability and ambition for every child.
