Practice and Quality Assurance Consultant – Youth Offending Service (North London)\\n3 month interim contract \\n£350 per day inside IR35, via Umbrella \\nNorth London, Local Authority  \\nA dynamic and forward thinking Youth Offending Service in North London is seeking an experienced Practice and Quality Assurance Consultant to support continued improvement and practice development, following a recent positive HMIP inspection rating.\\n \\nDue to temporary capacity issues within the quality assurance arm, we are looking for a highly skilled professional who can hit the ground running and drive forward improvements in practice, training, and workforce development. \\nMy client will be shortlisting for interviews on Monday 23th June and holding MS Teams interviews next week. \\n \\nYour duties as Head of Service Youth Justice.\\n\\nSupport the delivery of the service improvement plan and quality assurance framework\\nLead on practice development and staff training\\nProvide expertise on National Standards and HMIP inspection frameworks\\nDrive innovation and ensure consistent, high quality service delivery\\nDeliver high-quality reports and analysis to support strategic development\\nSupervise staff, set priorities, and manage task allocations effectively \\nExperience as Strategic Head of Service Youth Justice\\n\\nProven track record of impact in Youth Justice Services\\nStrong understanding of quality assurance systems and frameworks\\nIn depth knowledge of National Standards and HMIP inspection processes\\nHigh level auditing and evaluation skills\\nStrong multi agency and partnership working skills\\nExperience writing strategic reports and delivering workforce supervision\\nA relevant professional qualification (e.g., Social Work, Law, Youth Work, Teaching, Probation)\\nYouth Justice accredited trainingIf you’re interested in discussing this opportunity in more detail or know someone who this may be of interest to, please contact me on (phone number removed) or apply today.\\n \\n(We offer a senior referral scheme upon successful placement of your recommendation so please do get in contact
