Your Role as Service Manager β Child Protection Conference:
- Lead the Child Protection Conference Chair function and ensure compliance with statutory guidance and safeguarding legislation

- Provide professional support and challenge to strengthen safeguarding practice and decision-making
- Champion the voice of the child and ensure meaningful family participation in planning processes
- Develop effective multi-agency partnerships to improve outcomes for children and young people
Your Previous Experience as a Service Manager β Child Protection Conference:
- Significant experience within children's safeguarding and Child Protection services
- Proven leadership and management experience within Children's Services or a safeguarding environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience of using performance data and quality assurance frameworks
- Recognised Social Work qualification with relevant professional registration
- Track record of leading service improvement, managing change and developing high-performing teams
