Initial interim contract with an immediate start at £470 per day, inside IR35 (via umbrella). Hybrid working - 3 days on site for an initial period of 3 months.

Your Role as Building Control Interim Lead:

Your previous experience as a Building Control Interim Lead:

  • Senior-level leadership within Building Control or Building Surveying services.
  • Strong understanding of public sector and local authority environments.
  • Proven success delivering change, improvement and performance turnaround.
  • Registered Building Inspector status with BSR and relevant professional membership.
  • Confident managing teams, risk, budgets and complex stakeholder landscapes.
