Baltimore Consulting Limited is seeking a School Improvement Advisor (Primary) to drive educational standards and outcomes across a defined cluster of schools in the South East.
This on-site role with some flexible home working focuses on leadership support, curriculum understanding, and effective pedagogy.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record in school leadership, relevant qualifications, and experience with Ofsted frameworks.
Immediate interviews will be conducted starting from the week of 6th July 2026.
