This is a standout opportunity for an experienced compliance professional ready to step into a visible, influential leadership role. As HR Compliance Manager you will lead a specialist Eligibility and Compliance Team, owning end-to-end personnel compliance across the organisation. Reporting into senior People leadership, you will be trusted as the subject-matter expert for right-to-work, sponsorship and regulatory compliance, ensuring the workforce is safe, compliant and fully supported from attraction through to ongoing employment.

This role offers real impact. You will shape policy, lead audits, influence senior stakeholders and play a critical role in protecting service quality and organisational reputation. Your role as HR Compliance Manager:

  • Lead and develop a specialist Eligibility and Compliance function
  • Own UKVI sponsorship compliance and protect an A-rated licence
  • Act as escalation lead for complex visa and compliance cases
  • Drive audits, risk management and continuous improvement
  • Deliver training and guidance to leaders across the business

Your previous experience as HR Compliance Manager:

  • Extensive experience in UKVI, Home Office and regulatory compliance
  • Proven ability to lead teams within complex, regulated settings
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, GDPR and personnel compliance
  • Confidence influencing stakeholders and driving organisational change
  • Background in healthcare or similarly regulated sectors

You will work closely with HR, operations and external immigration advisors to embed best practice, strengthen systems and ensure compliance is not just achieved, but continuously improved. Familiarity with bodies such as the NMC, SSSC, SCW, HCPC, DBS/PVG and experience leading audits or reviews will set you apart. As HR Compliance Manager, your work will directly support safe care delivery and protect the organisation’s people and reputation.
