Step into a pivotal leadership opportunity where you will shape, transform and lead a critical frontline service. You will lead a specialist Placements and Quality team, hold responsibility for significant commissioned spend, and play a defining role in a major transformation programme that will set the future direction of brokerage services.

You will be at the heart of strategic change, market engagement and high-value decision-making, with real influence across social care, commissioning and transformation colleagues.
