Are you a passionate Registered Manager ready to shape a brand-new service from the ground up? This is a unique opportunity for a driven Registered Manager to lead a small, highly specialised residential setting supporting young people transitioning into Adult Social Care. You will take full ownership of a beautifully designed, 4-bedroom bungalow and build a service that truly delivers life-changing outcomes.

As the Registered Manager, you will have the autonomy to grow the service, embed a therapeutic ethos, and create a nurturing environment for young people with complex needs.

Your role as Registered Manager:

  • Lead and develop a new specialist service supporting transition from Children’s to Adult Social Care
  • Embed a therapeutic, person-centred approach across all care delivery
  • Oversee support for individuals with complex health needs, including PEG feeding
  • Build strong partnerships with families and external professionals
  • Take ownership of service growth, quality, and compliance

Your experience as Registered Manager:

  • Background in nursing, social work, or residential care leadership
  • Working towards or holding Level 5 Leadership & Management
  • Proven ability to lead high-quality, person-centred services
  • Demonstrated commitment and stability in previous roles
  • Passion for developing and growing services from the ground up
