Interim Senior Project Manager – Special Projects (Housing & Compliance) Location: London Rate: £456 per day (Inside IR35) Contract: Up to 5 months Working pattern: Hybrid (2–3 days on site) Start: ASAP A forward-thinking London local authority is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex special projects across housing, fire safety, and statutory compliance. This is a key interim role responsible for overseeing high-value remedial programmes and ensuring the council’s housing stock meets all relevant legislative and regulatory standards. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with internal teams and external contractors to plan, procure, and deliver safety-critical works, while ensuring minimal disruption to tenants and leaseholders.
