Are you a dynamic and compassionate Interim Head Teacher ready to make a real difference in a thriving school community? We are seeking an experienced Interim Head Teacher to join our primary school for a 1 year contract, where you will play a pivotal role in bringing together our students, staff, and families.

As the Interim Head Teacher, you will provide inspirational leadership and a strong unifying presence, ensuring that our school continues to flourish as a welcoming and supportive environment. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and governors to strengthen relationships and enhance the school's ethos. Additionally, our school supports SEND pupils, so experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) will be advantageous to ensure every child receives the inclusive education they deserve.

Job Role:

  • Lead and inspire staff, students, and parents to foster a strong, connected school community.
  • Provide strategic leadership and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Work collaboratively with governors and external stakeholders to continue driving the school's progress.
  • Ensure inclusivity and excellence for all students, including those with SEND, providing the necessary support systems for their success.
