Your typical duties as a Families First Service Manager: Leading Families First, Family Help, and Early Help teams to deliver high-quality interventions that improve outcomes for children, young people, and families. Driving service performance, quality assurance, safeguarding oversight, and continuous improvement across the service. Building and maintaining strong multi-agency partnerships with Education, Health, Social Care, Police, Housing, and voluntary sector organisations to ensure effective family support.Your previous experience as a Families First Service Manager: Significant management experience within Families First, Family Help, Early Help, Family Support, or wider Children s Services within a Local Authority environment.
