Are you an experienced EHCP Coordinator looking for your next interim opportunity? This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy local authority team where you will play a key role supporting children and young people aged 0-25. As an EHCP Coordinator, you will be at the heart of ensuring Education, Health and Care Plans are progressed efficiently, with a particular focus on phase transfers, plan amendments and statutory processes.

This role offers a varied workload, a supportive team environment and the opportunity to make an immediate impact. If you’re a knowledgeable EHCP Coordinator with local authority experience and can hit the ground running, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role as EHCP Coordinator:

  • Manage and coordinate EHCP amendments across a varied caseload
  • Lead on phase transfers ensuring statutory deadlines are met
  • Draft and update Education, Health and Care Plans for children and young people aged 0-25
  • Respond to parent, school and professional queries in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and process annual reviews in line with legislation and best practice

Your Previous Experience as EHCP Coordinator:

  • Proven experience working as an EHCP Coordinator within a Local Authority setting
  • Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and statutory EHCP processes
  • Experience drafting, amending and reviewing Education, Health and Care Plans
  • Ability to manage phase transfer activity effectively and accurately
  • Excellent communication and case management skills with a proactive approach
