Baltimore Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Service for Children’s Services in Lancashire. This 6-month assignment offers a hybrid pattern with 1–2 days on site and a £650 daily rate, Inside IR35 via umbrella.
You will lead Edge of Care, Children in Need and Child Protection services, drive improvements to reduce demand, strengthen safeguarding pathways and support decision‑making to safely reduce care placements where appropriate.
