  • Acting as senior client for FM services, consultants and contractors, driving performance and compliance
  • Providing corporate leadership on emergency planning, business continuity, health & safety and sustainability

You will play a key role in shaping long-term asset strategies, maximising the use of land and buildings, and supporting major programmes such as schools, housing development and One Public Estate. You will also work collaboratively across the senior leadership team, contributing to wider organisational priorities and deputising when required.

  • Senior leadership experience within complex, politically aware organisations
  • Proven delivery of large-scale property, regeneration or capital programmes
  • Strong track record in financial control, commercial decision-making and value for money
