The predicted salary is between 60000 - 75000 Β£ per year.
6-month contract (Scope of work 12 months +) £500 per day Inside IR35 (via umbrella) Hybrid working – 2 days onsite. CVs are being reviewed immediately, and interviews will be taking place next week.
You will be stepping into a fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly support the delivery of critical SEND reforms and improvement. Reporting into senior leaders, you’ll play a central role in driving change across multiple complex workstreams, ensuring projects deliver meaningful outcomes for children and young people. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEND Change and Transformation professional to make a visible difference while working at the heart of strategic change.
Your role as SEND Transformation Manager:
- Lead SEND transformation projects delivering key strategic priorities
- Drive project planning, governance, and risk management across multiple workstreams
- Translate national policy into actionable local delivery plans
- Engage schools, parents/carers, and stakeholders to shape outcomes
- Produce high-quality reports and performance data for senior leadership
Your experience as a SEND Transformation Manager:
- Proven track record delivering complex education or SEND projects
- Strong understanding of SEND legislation and local authority environments
- Excellent skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and risk management
- Ability to work at pace in a high-pressure, high-visibility setting
- Confident communicator with experience influencing senior stakeholders
You will bring structure, clarity and momentum to critical programmes while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes and continuous improvement. The role offers the chance to work on meaningful projects that shape services and improve lives.
