As Building Control Interim Lead, you will step into a highly visible leadership role, reporting directly into the Assistant Director and taking full ownership of a critical statutory service at a time of change and opportunity. You will be trusted to stabilise, lead and enhance performance, while shaping a modern, commercially aware Building Control function that delivers value, compliance and confidence.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring the service meets both current and future legislative requirements.
