This isn’t recruitment as you know it. We have an opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who wants their work to have real life impact, to work within our Adult Social Care, Public Health and Housing, Property & Regeneration division. You won’t just be filling roles or managing a desk; you’ll be helping place leaders into positions that shape education services, influence communities, and support people who rely on them most.
You’ll join us here at Baltimore Consulting, a consultancy built on purpose, trust and care. A place where people come first, where long-term relationships matter more than quick wins, and where your success is measured by the difference you help create.
Your role will involve:

- Proactively mapping markets, engaging hard-to-reach candidates and developing new opportunities.
- Working within a coaching-first culture that prioritises quality, wellbeing and sustainable success.

- Experience winning new business through credibility.
- A consultative, people-first approach and strong professional integrity.
- A genuine drive to keep learning and to make a meaningful difference through your work.
