  • Building and owning a 360 desk within Children’s Services, focused on senior interim and permanent appointments
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, shaped by market intelligence and genuine partnership
  • Delivering end-to-end recruitment for roles carrying real responsibility and public impact
  • Proactively mapping markets, engaging hard-to-reach candidates and developing new opportunities
