Are you looking for a role where you can make a real, meaningful change? This Senior Recruitment Consultant role is for someone who wants their work to have real life impact within Children’s Services.

  • Delivering end-to-end recruitment for roles carrying real responsibility and public impact
  • Proactively mapping markets, engaging hard-to-reach candidates and developing new opportunities
  • Working within a coaching-first culture that prioritises quality, wellbeing and sustainable success

Who we’re looking for:

  • A proven background in 360 recruitment, with consistent billing and account growth
  • Experience winning new business through credibility
  • A consultative, people-first approach and strong professional integrity
  • A genuine drive to keep learning and to make a meaningful difference through your work
