You will play a key role supporting children subject to Child Protection Plans, leading safeguarding interventions and delivering high-quality assessments that make a real difference to children and families. Your Role as Social Worker • Lead Initial Assessments and Referral & Assessment work within frontline services • Manage Child Protection Enquiries and children subject to Child Protection Plans • Deliver effective Safeguarding Interventions to support vulnerable children and young people • Contribute to Family Help and Court Work where required • Build strong Multi-Agency Partnerships to achieve positive outcomes for children and families Your Previous Experience as Social Worker • Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England Registration • Strong experience within Children's Safeguarding and Child Protection services • Previous experience within Front Door, Referral & Assessment, or safeguarding teams • Proven ability managing Complex Assessments and risk-based interventions • Excellent communication, recording and relationship-building skills If you're interested in discussing this opportunity in more detail or know someone who this may be of interest to, please contact Angico Daley or David Midgley on (phone number removed) or apply today.
