Job Title:              Assistant Team Manager Child Protection \\nContract Length:       Initial 3-month interim contract (potential of extension) \\nLocation:         North-West, full-time \\nPay rate:          £42.00/hr Inside IR35 via FCSA Accredited Umbrella \\n\\nYour experience needed as the Assistant Team Manager – Child Protection, Children’s Social Care:  \\n\\nExperience of mentoring or managing staff within a statutory or voluntary organisation with children and young people; and offering leadership within that setting. \\n\\nExperience of outcome focused interventions. Experience of prioritisation, care planning and service delivery. \\n\\nExperience of contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Experience of leading and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. \\n\\nUnderstanding of financial and resource management.
Experience of partnership working, consultation, engagement, and participation.
