Baltic Apprenticeships is seeking a Graduate People & Culture Coordinator to join our People Team at Head Office in Darlington.

This role offers a structured development programme, hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle and support to complete CIPD Level 3 qualification.

You'll develop foundations in HR administration, people operations and onboarding while progressing toward a People Advisor role, with mentoring from the Director of People Growth & Culture.
