We are looking for a motivated and reliable IT Apprentice to join the team at EasiPC Services Ltd, a well‑established IT support provider specialising in technology services for schools and businesses. EasiPC supports over 100 schools and organisations and delivers a wide range of services including IT support, networking, server installations and cloud services, helping customers make the most of technology in their day‑to‑day work.
This role would suit someone with a genuine interest in technology who is keen to learn and build a career in IT. The ideal candidate will be a dependable and enthusiastic individual who enjoys solving problems and is willing to develop their skills in a professional environment. The successful apprentice will be joining a friendly and supportive team of experienced engineers who will help them develop their technical knowledge and confidence.
The team works closely together to support customers and ensure systems run smoothly, meaning the apprentice will always have guidance available as they learn. As part of the apprenticeship, the apprentice will receive structured training through Baltic Apprenticeships, including a two‑day training block approximately every 46 weeks alongside practical experience gained in the workplace. This combination of hands‑on learning and formal training will help them build the skills needed for a successful career in IT.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day In The Job- Help staff and customers with everyday IT problems in person, by phone, email, or through the Halo Service Solutions ticket system.
- Record problems and pass more difficult issues to senior staff when needed.
- Help keep systems secure by resetting passwords and setting up extra login security.
- Assist with virus protection and keeping data safe.
- Use IT Glue to find information about computers and networks.
- Set up and fix equipment such as computers, printers, projectors, routers and switches.
- Install programs and operating systems on computers.
- Support online systems such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Help find and fix computer problems using basic tools and remote access.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in IT support. Afterwards, we will support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
