Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Company: Our client is a dynamic logistics and warehousing organisation, with the reputation of being an exciting place to work and grow. Duties:

  • Work within the logistics and warehousing support teams on key projects, storage, control and management for the client production lines and internal fulfilment of the client product.
  • Picking and Packing
  • Dispatching
  • Quality Inspection of parts and components
  • Reworking and light assembly of parts
  • Palletising crate assembly
  • Booking items on to computerised stock control systems
  • Palletising or decanting and loading of boxes and stillages
  • Operating Forklift Trucks (licence not required as full training is provided, however would be beneficial)

Key Accountabilities specific to this role:

  • Achieve targets and job standards as set out by Team Leader/Supervisor
  • Use Warehouse Management Systems and other IT to process customer requirements
  • Understand current task processes and relevant SLAs applied to regular services
