Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our market leading manufacturing client with their search for a Site Handyman. Key Duties: Joinery – Ability to fix doors or build new door frames, shelving, cupboards etc. Plumbing – Ideally be able to fix/change any plumbing issues toilet/kitchen areas. Painting/decorating and general building tidy up/repairs. Small electrics like changing light bulbs/tubes, plugs, fuses etc. (any major electrical faults should be reported to maintenance for repair) Heavy cleaning for areas not covered by current employees. Assist engineers with oil top ups & basic machine maintenance. Grounds maintenance. Provide support to other areas of the factory. The Package: 27,317.16 per annum.
