Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading Industrial Mechanical and Electrical Engineering company based in Harlow, they have been going strong for over 100 years and are looking for a Site Mechanical Manager to join our client. The role will be split from working in the office and working on Clients sites, you will be looking after a small team of Mechanical Engineers who are working on various sites repairing and servicing Phase Motors, Fan Units, Water Pumps and Pump Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a Team of Site Engineers.
- Site Visits to assess Customers' requirements and problems.
- Produce Quotations.
- Maintain good communications with the Client regarding the progress of all outstanding works.
- Understanding Industrial Pumps and Motors.
- Ideally trained with an electrical bias.
