Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading commercial printing business to assist with their search for an experienced Account Manager.
Overall Purpose: Responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth. Understanding client's needs, promoting company products and services and co-ordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. Responsible for the full project process, including timely issuing of detailed works instructions, communication of all customer requirements to internal key contacts, planning, quotation, invoicing and stock management.
Key Duties:
- Act as main point of contact between the client and the company, building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Identify opportunities for development of client accounts promoting all aspects of company products and service offerings.
- Develop account plans to outline strategies for meeting client goals.
- Set and achieve sales targets and other performance goals.
- Work closely with production and development teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Communicate client requirements and feedback internally.
