Baltic Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a leading global automotive manufacturer based in Sunderland. Due to continued growth and exciting new projects, we are seeking Production Operatives to join a high-performing and supportive team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering a clear pathway to a permanent contract after just 6 months.

The Role

  • Operate production machinery (robotic welders, presses, grinders)
  • Load materials into welding equipment and jigs
  • Carry out quality inspections
  • Follow work instructions and meet production targets
  • Complete production documentation
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace

What We're Looking For

  • Previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and team-oriented
  • Flexible for rotating shifts
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Hours

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day Shift: 7:00am - 11:00am
  • Day Shift: 11:00am - 3:00pm
  • Back Shift: 3:10pm - 7:10pm
  • Back Shift: 7:10pm - 11:10pm
