Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent Digital Marketing Executive for a client located in Sedgefield, in a hybrid role. Working for a design and manufacturing business who provides product solutions that power mission-critical communication systems worldwide. Their technologies support applications across space, aerospace & defence, telecommunications, and critical communications. As the business grows, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to help drive their digital presence, support demand generation, and enhance brand visibility. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering and optimising the company's digital marketing activity across web, CRM, and social channels. You will play a key role in executing data-driven campaigns, managing marketing technology, and supporting account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives-working closely with Business Development and internal stakeholders to drive pipeline growth.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- CRM & Marketing Automation
- Manage and optimise our CRM (HubSpot) as a marketing automation platform
- Build and execute automated campaigns, nurture journeys, and lead scoring
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and GDPR compliance
- Collaborate with Business Development to support lead management and pipeline visibility
- Website & Digital Performance
- Manage website content, landing pages, and conversion optimisation
- Support ongoing website development to improve UX, SEO, and lead generation
- Analyse performance and drive continuous improvement through insight
- Work with internal teams and external agencies on enhancements
- Social Media & Content
- Plan and deliver content across LinkedIn and key B2B channels
- Support brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns
- Manage content calendars and optimise performance across paid and organic activity
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Support the development and execution of ABM campaigns
- Create targeted, multi-channel journeys across email, web, and social
- Track engagement and campaign effectiveness to support pipeline growth
- Reporting & Insight
- Produce regular reports on campaign and channel performance
- Use data-driven insights to improve ROI and inform decision-making
Applicants:
- Must be a proactive and detail-oriented marketer with a passion for digital performance and continuous improvement.
- Experience in a B2B digital marketing role
- Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
- Hands-on experience managing websites (WordPress) and digital campaigns
- Experience delivering social media activity in a B2B environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insight into action
